In July 2025 the services that were previously offered by CARE from the Immingham access point were transitioned over to One Voice This change was made as CARE felt this was in the best interest of the community because One Voice already has a strong, trusted presence in the Immingham community. Their team is locally based and well connected to support the needs of Immingham. This move ensures that services in the town remain local, consistent, and responsive to the local needs. It also allows CARE to focus on housing-based services borough-wide. The change has been carefully planned by both charities to ensure there is a smooth transition and no disturbance in the offer the community will access no gaps in support. This change is from 14th July 2025, and the Immingham access point will continue to offer support to the local community through the provision of food parcels support advice and guidance.

CARE will continue delivering services across Grimsby and Cleethorpes, including supported housing, tenancy sustainment, and landlord partnerships.
