One Voice whenever possible, provides or gains funding for community projects.  Several  projects have been funded ranging from equipment supplies for local community sports teams to supporting local broadband speed increases to match national averages.

When the committee is approached with an idea for a project that meets some/all of the group’s aims, a sub-group is formed to work with the relevant stakeholders to establish amongst other things, demand, community benefits, cost, available funding and ongoing maintenance charges where appropriate.

The Committee has in the past allocated funds through an application process from sponsorship Imm 100 fund which was given to One Voice by ABP. Although we are no longer able to able to offer grants through this process any projects which are need of funding will explored for the most appropriate way of moving forward and support is offered to enable future project development.
